Instructions For Use
Take 2 - 6 WATERgo capsules per day with food and a large glass of water. Start off on a higher dosage of 1 to 2 capsules taken with Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Meals for 3 to 4 weeks. Thereafter, reduce dosage to 1 capsule taken 1 to 3 times per day. Best results are achieved when taken continuously for 2 to 3 months, together with improved eating habits.
