Well you can, and it is not complicated. The term "dieting" really refers to lowering body fat levels. Therefore, whilst discussing reducing body fat, we will, for the sake of simplicity call it dieting, although we have made it quite clear on a number of occasions that the word "diet(ing)" does tend to give people a false impression of what it actually is we are trying to achieve.

The body lays down fat stores as a direct result of an imbalance in our energy input vs. energy output. In other words, we eat more than we need to, or we don't take enough exercise to use up the energy in the food eaten. Therefore, the answer can be found in analysing out eating habits and life style.
We know what to do - we just don’t always do what we know we should!

There are other factors that will have an influence such as thermogenisis - the speed at which our body's metabolism will use up stored energy. Our age, health status etc also affect us. But for the average healthy person, reducing body weight need not mean you have to go on a diet. In fact you could end up eating more food (of the right type), and still reduce body weight/ fat!

The Stay-Lean© 7-day super-fast weight loss and detox regime.
A maximum of two pounds weight loss per week is advised, as prolonged rapid weight loss is unhealthy. However, it is perfectly safe to kick-start your weight loss program with a regime that detoxifies (internal cleansing) and assists in 'dumping' weight in the first week or, depending on your personal circumstances, up to a maximum of ten days.

This cleansing regime results in weight loss mainly as a result of eating a lot of highly nutritious, low calorie foods that are high in antioxidants and cellulose, (edible fibre) and proteins. Combined with the Perfect Shape Fat Blocker weight loss supplement, the weight will begin to fall off fast and by the fifth day you should begin to feel revitalised.

During this period of cleansing and initial weight loss it is most important to drink plenty of fresh clean water. Bottled water is fine but not absolutely necessary, as tap water in most countries is safe. However, in certain countries where the water purification system is not yet fully developed and reliable it is advisable to only drink bottled water. Day One
Meal One: Take two Acceladrine© capsules before exercise and your first meal.
Drink one pint of water soon after waking up. Get a large water or honeydew type melon and eat a quarter of it. During the first four hours of your day, eat at least a further half of the melon at frequent intervals. Drink a further two pints during the following four hours at half of one pint at a time, at half hour intervals if possible / practical.

Meal Two (Lunch): Take two Acceladrine© capsules
Two sticks of celery with two medium sized cooked beetroot, with green salad to appetite and one sliced red pepper. Season with black pepper to taste, No salt! - No dressing!
Follow with one quarter of the melon and at least one pint of water.
You may find that you will have to take time to eat such a volume of food, so eat slowly. It is ok to split this large meal, say half at noon and half at 1400 hours.
Two hours later, eat the rest of the melon and one pint of water.

Meal Three: Take two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules, two before and two during the meal.
Very lightly cook the following vegetables; broccoli, carrots, green peppers and asparagus, add black pepper and garlic to taste.
Dice one skinless boneless breast of chicken (or 8ozs of lean turkey breast) add black pepper and spices, chilli or curry powder and one tablespoon of water. Cook on high heat in an open pan for few minutes until cooked right through and eat immediately, but slowly, with the vegetables.
Drink one pint of water with the meal.

Evening: one hour before bedtime, drink one pint of fully skimmed milk and two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules.
 

 
Day Two
Meal One: as day one

Meal Two: as on day one, plus add one quarter of a medium size onion and one teaspoonful of cider vinegar and lemon juice.

Meal Three: Can be the same as day one. You can substitute the chicken with steamed white fish. (must not be oily fish!)

 
Day Three
Meal One: Take two Acceladrine© capsules before taking the walking exercise and two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules before drinking the skimmed milk.
De-stem and fill a mug with seedless grapes (red or green is fine). Eat this amount every two hours throughout the morning and drink one pint of skimmed milk throughout the morning as well. Try to drink half of one pint of water in between.

Meal Two: Take two Acceladrine© capsules - take two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules before and two during the meal.
Mixed Herb leaf salad, half of one Red and one Green sweet peppers and steamed white fish with lemon juice and black pepper.
Drink one pint of water with meal.

Meal Three: Two breasts of skinless boneless chicken and four florets of lightly steamed broccoli.
One mug of grapes.
One pint of skimmed milk.

Evening: four egg whites (no yokes!) scrambled or boiled, add black pepper to taste, and drink one pint of fully skimmed milk.
Note: the skimmed milk can be heated on cold evenings.

Meal One: Take two Acceladrine© capsules,
The previous evening, prepare and store in the refrigerator a quarter of a mug of porridge oats by soaking them in unsweetened pineapple juice* over night. Cover the oats well with juice as they will absorb a lot of fluid over night. The following morning, add to the soaked porridge oats the pineapple chunks and a few slices of diced melon. Consume slowly and drink one pint of water.
*Orange juice and orange segments can be used as a substitute if Pineapple is unavailable.

Continue to eat the rest of the melon throughout the morning along with a further three pints of water in half pint amounts.

Meal Two: Take two Acceladrine© & Two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker Capsules capsules
A green and herb leaf salad with beetroot, red peppers, garlic and onions soaked in cider vinegar and lemon juice, add black pepper to taste. Eat along with steamed white fish.
Drink one pint of water.

Meal Three: Take two Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules before the meal.
Dice and lightly cook (steam) mixed vegetables: French beans, broccoli, carrots, asparagus, beansprouts.
Take half a pound of minced chicken or turkey breast. Dice one large onion, add 10ml (two teaspoonsfuls) of olive oil and one teaspoonful of plain flour and two teaspoonsfuls of tomato puree. Season with black pepper and a little salt, Cook to seal meat, then add some mixed Indian spices and garlic. Add a little chicken stock and cook thoroughly for about 30 minutes. Ensure that the meat sauce does not finish up too sloppy - the meat needs to be coated but not swimming! Allow meat to settle for few minutes after cooking and then serve with the vegetables.

Finish this meal with a dish of strawberries and 100% plain pure yoghurt -some so-called yoghurts are made with condensed milk and maize starch! Don't use these yoghurts during this regime - read the label before you buy! Real low fat yoghurt is also very low in carbohydrate and higher in protein.

 
Day Seven to Day Ten
Depending on your total bodyweight, it may be desirable for some individuals to extend the regime to ten days. If this is the case, for Day Seven use the Day One regime and work through each day as previously set out.

Taking vitamin C each day may be of benefit, particularly if you have a tendency to hold body fluid.
Up to 500mg each morning with water.

 
Additional notes
Should you find that you have slipped and consumed foods outside this regime or a fatty food. perhaps while out with friends and eat an unscheduled snack, don't panic! Carry Perfect Shape Fat Blocker capsules with you and take them as soon as possible, (preferably 30 minutes before the meal). Up to two capsules with each meal can be taken. But,  just for these seven days we are confident that you have the self discipline to avoid this situation! Remember this is not only about weight loss, it is about a thorough detox also!

Note: as nutrients and some body waste matter is transported in the body (blood and lymphatic fluid) by fluid, it is therefore essential in any detox regime to drink plenty of fluids, preferably plain water. If, like me, you're not very partial to drinking too much plain water, it is ok to add a little fruit juice. (Unsweetened! )

Quite obviously during this seven-day regime you should experience a significant increase in the volume and perhaps frequency of urination. If not, cease consumption of the fluid levels recommended here immediately and consult a doctor without delay.

Dieting causes a temporary loss of body weight and longer-term weight gain. This is because the initial weight loss is mainly due to a reduction in the content of the intestines and also in the amount of fluid held either in the muscle cells or between the skin or the muscles (subcutaneously). So obviously there will be a reduction of weight but not necessarily a reduction in body fat!
Weight goes down during a diet and goes up when the diet ceases!
This has been termed the Yoyo effect. A desirable reduction of body weight via a reduction in body fat achieved in the longer term is by far the best way to improve body shape and health. The fact is that 99.9% of those individuals who embark on a diet do so to improve their look of their body shape! Many others diet out of necessity for their health's sake. Whatever the reason, the fact remains that to achieve either goal will require a definite reduction in body fat and not just body weight!

Your existing body fat level and overall body weight will dictate the strategy you need to reach your optimum body weight and shape. Whether you like it or not, aerobic exercise is a critical part of this strategy, as is of course, controlling and modifying eating habits. This doesn't mean that you have to spend your life in the gym or eat nothing but rabbit food, but if you apply some sensible exercising and not live on junk food, it will help a great deal! If you stop dieting you can stop obsessing about food, and this can make it much easier to make the right choices about what to eat.

Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Eat high energy foods before noon
  • After noon do not consume high energy foods such as; rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, and high fat foods.
  • All meals after noon should consist of highly nutritious, low calorie foods such as; vegetables, or salad and protein from white meat or fish.
  • Eat little and often to avoid the sensation and driving forces of hunger
  • Ideally take 20 minutes light aerobic exercise before breakfast and again early evening. Power walking is good, as is swimming, dancing, cycling, etc, especially if you find something you can enjoy doing.
  • Drink plenty of water each day, ideally 8 pints. This can be lightly flavoured with a fruit squash if preferred.
  • Take the following supplements; vitamin C, B complex and vitamin E.
  • Use a mirror and tape measure more than the scales to chart your progress.

Firstly, try to find something that you can enjoy doing. Many, many people are uncomfortable at the thought of going to a gym, feeling that they will somehow be "shown up" or feel badly out of place while surrounded by legions of perfectly fit and thin people. However, this is not usually the case, especially if you avoid the more trendy hang-out type of places. Also, don't forget, there is no rule that says you have to wear skin-tight lycra outfits! You can wear something that is loose and comfortable if that helps you feel better about going. However, something as simple as a get-together with friends or a social group at a playing field with nothing more than a ball is a great way to have fun and take that all important aerobic exercise too, if the gym is not for you! Go cycling, join a rowing club, tennis club, dance classes - even going to a night club and dancing the night away is great aerobic exercise.

In the fast lane of today's life we often feel so tired after a day in work or dealing with the responsibility of bringing up a family, we just want to collapse in front of the TV! It may feel comforting but it is the worst thing we can do. Be honest here - doing this is often accompanied by comfort foods too! The very best way to shake off the end of day tiredness is to have fun from exercise. When relaxed in front of the TV your system slows down and you end up feeling more tired and less inclined to get up and do anything! During aerobic exercise sustained for 20 minutes or more, the whole body is stimulated. Greater volumes of oxygen are taken in and transported around the body, including the brain, while also burning up body fat. We then becoming more vital and alert and shake off that tired feeling, the "I don't want to do anything" syndrome! Try this three times a week and see how quickly you feel better.

So light regular exercise has been shown to also reduce or prevent depression. Crashing on the couch in front of the TV is ok occasionally as a comfort treat. Later in the evening, when all else is done there's nothing better than to cuddle up on the couch and wind down before retiring and this is something that is well worth looking forward too after your body fat reducing, energy revitalising, anti-depressive aerobic stimulation!

Skipping meals is the worst thing you can do when attempting to reduce body fat. The following ten tips will help you to eat good healthy diet and contribute to preventing compounding your body fat level. 
  • Never allow yourself to become hungry.
  • Eat little and often, ideally six time each day.
  • Eat a small meal every three to four hours.
  • Eat the right type of food at the right time. Eat energy food in the morning only - thus, no rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, or any other high starch foods after 1pm.
  • After 1pm change to only high quality foods such as vegetables, salads and protein foods, white fish and meats. Avoid regularly eating fatty meat such as lamb.
  • Cut back on high sugar and salt.

According to Independent surveys, "90% of people put on most or all of the weight lost within two years of finishing the diet". Indeed, many will have put the weight back on within a few months of finishing their diet, and lots will end up carrying even more body fat than they did before dieting!

In the long term, faddy dieting doesn't work. In the short term, any initial weight loss is mainly achieved as a result of fluid and muscle loss and not by fat loss. Even so, there are more "trendy" diets on the market now than ever before. The Media and advertising can lead one to believe that there are "special" diets that work for everyone, and that by doing one restrictive thing or another, you can magically lose weight. Most people are aware of the health scares which have been associated with one of the latest fashionable fad diets, and losing weight is of no use if your health suffers because of it, sometimes seriously.

The terms "slimming" and "dieting should be removed from your vocabulary, and instead you should look at ways you can reduce actual body fat whilst maintaining a sensible diet that you can maintain for life. Everyone knows that as soon as a food becomes "forbidden", the craving for it increases ten-fold! If you do this on a daily basis with dieting, sooner or later you will have to give in and eat those forbidden foods, and usually in larger quantities that you would have under normal circumstances - after all, we're only human! It is better to eat whatever you want, but control the portions, than to set yourself up for failure by denying yourself particular foods.

Dieting is bad for you because your body does not just use up fat when you restrict your calorie intake. Instead, your body reacts by slowing down the metabolism ( the very thing you don't want) and switching into "emergency" starvation mode, which actually conserves fat and instead uses up important active muscle tissue. Eventually, the body can no longer burn energy at the same rate as it did before the diet, and tiredness, irritability and greater susceptibility to disease can be the consequences.

When the diet is then stopped, body weight usually goes up again because the active lean muscle tissue has been decreased and fat stores have been laid down instead. The extra calories consumed are not burned off as effectively as before because the metabolism has slowed down, and this can create a vicious circle. This is known as the "yo-yo effect". It shows that slimming diets usually only work as long as you are on them, and why you almost inevitably gain weight after ending a diet, often more than you lost in the first place.

To lose weight and keep it off effectively, you need to find a way to lose actual body fat rather than just go on a restrictive diet with all the side effects that can entail. As part of a weight loss program take in the first few days we strongly recommend you take just 1 capsule to test your tolerance to the product. You should use the trial pack provided with your first purchase. Take the capsule with breakfast or lunchtime with food. On day 2 take one capsule at breakfast and another one at lunch time. Build up the dosage to a maximum of 2 with each of the above 2 meals - this will allow your body a little time to become accustomed to the product. Maximum 4 capsules per day. Coleus Forskohlii "power" herb has an active ingredient in it called forskolin. Coleus Forskohlii Extracts, Coleus Forskohlii Herbs have been used in ayruvedic medicines for many years. Forskolin's basic mechanism of action is that it increases the amount of cyclic AMP (adenosine monophosphate) in cells by activating an enzyme called adenylate cyclase. Cyclic AMP (CAMP) is one of the most important secondary messengers in the cell. It is considered to be one of the most important cell regulating compounds.

Under normal circumstances, CAMP forms by adenylate cyclase activation due to hormonal stimulation at the cell receptor site. However, forskolin seems to bypass this reaction and allows for an increase in intracellular CAMP to occur. Why is it important to increase CAMP levels? Well, there are several benefits of this to athletes including relaxation of the arteries and smooth muscles, lowering blood pressure, enhanced insulin secretion (which can help drive carbohydrates and protein into muscle cells for energy and recovery), increased thyroid hormone function (which can help enhance metabolic rate), and significantly increase lipolysis (fat burning). Forskolin also seems to benefit other cellular enzymes as well.

The breakdown of fat for fuel (lipolysis) is actually regulated by cAMP. Forskolin has been shown to not only enhance lipolysis but it may also inhibit fat storage from occurring. This is very good news for individuals trying to lose bodyfat and get lean. Another way that forskolin may allow for fat loss to occur is by stimulating thyroid hormone production and release. Thyroid hormone controls metabolism and can enhance metabolic rate, which may translate into more fat loss.

One of the overlooked benefits of forskolin includes its stimulation of digestive enzymes, which can allow individuals to digest and assimilate their food better. It has been shown to increase nutrient absorption in the small intestine.
Forskolin has been shown to be safe and effective and has a great amount of potential as a sports supplement. As with most dietary supplements, more human research is needed but the future looks bright for this compound.

Green Tea extract
Orally, green tea is used to improve cognitive performance, and mental alertness. It is also used treat stomach disorders, vomiting, diarrhea, and headaches. Green tea is also used as a diuretic and in combination products for weight loss.

Preliminary clinical information suggests that green tea extract may help reduce weight in moderately obese patients, by the inhibition of lipases and stimulation of thermogenesis. Clinical studies also show that green tea acts protectively against cardiovascular disease and disorders of the liver.

Evidence from research indicates that a green tea extract rich in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) can increase calorie and fat metabolism. The natural caffeine, catechin, and theanine found in green tea may contribute to this effect. There is also some evidence that EGCG might suppress appetite.

Current animal studies show the natural caffeine and theanine content in green tea diminish weight increase and fat accumulation, and the combination of catechins and caffeine were synergistic in anti-obesity properties.

Theobromine
Theobromine is an alkaloid found in cocoa beans that gives cocoa a slightly bitter taste, and acts as a mild diuretic. Theobromine acts similar in nature to caffeine, stimulating the metabolism. However, Theobromine does not directly affect the central nervous system as caffeine does, and will not leave you feeling "jittery". Also it is the known as the active ingredient in chocolate that has the properties to improve mood and lift the spirit.  Theobromine is naturally rich in polyphenols, the "heart healthy" antioxidants found in grape seeds and red wine. The antioxidants in cocoa can prevent the oxidation of LDL-cholesterol, related to the mechanism of protection in heart disease.

Guarana extract
Orally, guarana is used for weight loss, to enhance athletic performance, to reduce mental and physical fatigue, as a stimulant, tonic, and diuretic. In animal studies, Guarana showed an absence of toxicity, while possessing antioxidant properties.

The main ingredient of guarana, guaranine, is identical to caffeine. Like caffeine, guaranine reduces the appetite. This helps when you want to lose weight, because if you're not hungry, you won't eat as much as you normally would.

Bioperine® (piperine extract)
